MES402 is a sawdust extraction kit designed for mounting on a container for collecting wood chips and sawdust. This solution saves time by reducing the frequency of emptying sawdust bags. The container does not need to be placed directly next to the machine - it can be positioned in the most convenient location for the user. The extraction is powered by an MD400 type fan with a 3 kW motor.
The MD400 fan has a switch that allows it to be operated independently of the machine's operation. The second main component of the system is a cyclone equipped with two filtering bags and handles for mounting on the container. To connect the MD400 fan and the cyclone, a hose with a diameter of 200 mm and a minimum length of 2 meters is required. Sawdust extraction hoses are not included in the kit - they can be ordered separately along with the extraction system, in lengths depending on the needs and placement of the equipment. The minimum length of each hose required for connection to woodworking machinery is 3 meters.
Through the input adapter on the MD400 fan, it is possible to simultaneously connect 3 hoses with a diameter of 100 mm and one hose with a diameter of 125 mm. Unused inlet openings are covered with special plugs. Hose clamps for securing the hoses and plugs for the unused inlet openings of the fan are provided as standard in the MES402 system. The sawdust collection container is not included in the kit.
