At the heart of the WM2500 is a 22 kW electric motor capable of milling through logs up to 100 cm in diameter and cutting widths up to 86 cm. It’s the ideal solution for producing pallet boards, construction timber, and high-grade lumber. Its heavy-duty construction and scalable material handling solutions—such as log decks, conveyors, and board drag-back systems—ensure seamless operation and maximum throughput.
Designed for peak performance, the WM2500 features blade wheels with a newly engineered belt system that reduces vibration and sawdust interference, increasing blade life and cut accuracy. The high-speed servo drive enhances performance and significantly reduces the time it takes to position the sawhead. The sawmill bed accommodates logs from 1.8 to 6.1 meters long and features dual-rod clamps, vertical side supports, and bidirectional chain turners for efficient log handling. Heavy-duty bed rails with rooftop design minimize debris buildup and maintain clean operation. Integrated taper rollers and a feed damper enhance productivity and lumber recovery.
Operators work from an elevated platform equipped with an adjustable chair, USB chargers, cup holders, and a joystick console that controls blade movement, lubrication, debarking, and log handling. Preset buttons allow quick board thickness changes, and all hydraulic functions—log turning, clamping, feeding—are easily controlled from the cab.
