The LT15START Mobile sawmill has much to offer to custom sawing enthusiasts who can take the sawmill out to any location and mill the logs easily. The LT15START Mobile is a portable sawmill, which means it operates while on the trailer. All you need to do after arriving at the work place is put down and adjust the outriggers for bed leveling, remove the fenders over the wheels and pull out the pin securing the mast during transportation. Your LT15START Mobile is ready to cut!
The trailer package is designed for the sawmills with an S3 bed configuration. Sawmillers, choosing the LT15START Mobile, will get a 750 kg gross weight and 7.2 m long trailer. The trailer package includes an axle and wheels, a hitch with a support wheel, 8 adjustable legs, a light bar, side positioning lights and fences. Optionally the trailer can be equipped with log-loading ramps and a winch.
The mobile version of the LT15START has been designed for a modified S3-type bed featuring standard 6 side supports and 3 manual log clamps. To adopt the bed for the trailer, the new MOBILE version has been upgraded with stronger and stiffer connections between the bed sections and all electrical wiring has been placed inside the bed. The LT15START Mobile sawing head has been adapted to make it safe for transportation and now it features a special security pin that holds it firmly to the bed.
